| my life |
I grew up in the shadow of two very artistic brothers. They have always been able to draw, paint, sculpt, and do just about everything else that involves hands-on creativity. After several years of trying to find my artistic side, I finally decided that the creative gene had just skipped me, and I made up my mind to concentrate on academics. Then, in my sophomore year of high school, I took a yearbook/ photojournalism course and found my calling--I discovered my passion for designing and creating yearbooks. Someday, I hope to take this passion into the “real world”, designing for commercial publications. I'm not sure exaclty what my career goals are but I enjoy continuing my education -- and between being a student and working as a part-time graphic designer at the Center For Faculty Innovation, I stay pretty busy. |
